FIREARM SALES
All firearm sales are subject to federal, state, and local regulations. A valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) is required for all transfers. We ensure full compliance with ATF guidelines to guarantee a secure and lawful transaction.
GENERAL SALE REQUIREMENTS
All buyers must pass a background check prior to the transfer of any firearm. Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a verified FFL dealer in your state of residence.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns) and at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns or lower receivers.
FFL TRANSFER RULES
When purchasing online, please have your receiving FFL dealer email a copy of their license to our contact email with your order number. Transfers will only be processed once valid documentation is verified.
STATE RESTRICTIONS
We strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local laws. Firearms will not be shipped to jurisdictions where they are prohibited, including specific restrictions in CA, NY, MA, and others. It is your responsibility to verify local compliance before placing an order.
SHIPPING METHODS
All firearms must be shipped directly to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Non-firearm items, such as accessories and apparel, can be shipped directly to your residential address via standard trusted carriers.
PROCESSING TIMES
Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods or for orders requiring additional compliance verification, please allow extended processing time before shipment.

TRANSPARENCY
RETURN POLICIES
General Return Conditions
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unfired condition and in their original, unopened packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Restocking Fees
All authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, we do not accept returns on firearms, ammunition, custom orders, clearance items, or gift cards. Please inspect all firearms at your local FFL prior to completing the transfer.
ATF REGULATED
NFA ITEMS
Purchasing NFA items such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles (SBRs), and machine guns requires strict adherence to ATF regulations. Rezadoo Firearms LLC facilitates these transfers with absolute compliance. All NFA sales are subject to extensive background checks, wait times, and direct approval by the ATF.
What are the current NFA transfer times?
Wait times for ATF Form 4 approvals vary depending on the submission method (e-file vs. paper) and the current ATF backlog. E-filed applications typically see faster processing times, but overall wait times can range from a few months to over a year. Rezadoo Firearms cannot guarantee or expedite ATF processing times.
Do you handle fingerprinting and photos?
Yes. We offer complete in-house services for your NFA application, including digital fingerprinting and passport-style photographs, ensuring your packet is perfectly compliant before submission.
How do tax stamps work?
Every NFA item requires a $200 transfer tax paid directly to the ATF. This fee is non-refundable and separate from the cost of the item and any transfer fees. The tax must be paid at the time of your application submission.
Age Requirements for Ammunition
You must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition, and 18 years or older for rifle and shotgun ammunition. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age prior to shipment.
State Shipping Restrictions
We strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local laws. Ammunition cannot be shipped directly to your door in restricted states (such as CA, NY, MA, IL, and others) unless routed through a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or compliant local dealer. Please review your state laws before ordering.
ID Verification Process
For all age-restricted items, we require a secure upload of your valid government-issued photo ID. Once verified, your ID will be securely logged for future orders, ensuring a seamless and compliant checkout process.
Returns & Exchanges
For safety, liability, and quality control reasons, all ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any ammunition under any circumstances. Please double-check caliber and specifications before finalizing your purchase.
